  • Historic HWY 61 runs from the Canadian border to the southeastern edge of MN. One day I was driving back from Duluth along the scenic route and this sign struck me funny. I thought, “I don’t think 61 is that old. Rude.”

    This painting is part of a series of MINI-sota paintings. Little snapshots of  iconic and/or historic Minnesota locations.
